Delivery availability and cost depend on distance, property access, equipment, and site conditions. Nolan will confirm delivery for your address.

Confirm a level placement area, sufficient gate and route clearance, overhead clearance, property lines, utilities, and any HOA or permit requirements. Do not remove fencing or build a foundation based on assumptions.

Permit, setback, zoning, anchoring, and HOA rules vary by address and intended use. The customer must verify requirements with the relevant local authority before ordering or preparing the site.

No-credit-check rent-to-own may be available. Terms, payments, fees, and eligibility vary by building and location. Review the written agreement before choosing this option.

Some buildings can provide a shell for a tiny-home project, but a portable building is not automatically a legal or code-compliant residence. Zoning, permits, foundation, utilities, insulation, egress, loads, and finish work must be verified locally.

Select buildings may support garage or equipment-storage layouts. Door dimensions, floor capacity, access, ventilation, and the intended vehicle must all be checked. Do not assume every garage-style building fits every vehicle.

In-stock and custom timelines differ. Availability, production schedule, weather, delivery route, and site readiness can all affect timing. Nolan will give the current estimate for the exact building.
